Our secure online registration system enables CongressWorld to arrange full congress registration. Our secure custom designed online system is also able to send out confirmations with pertinent information prior to the congress.

Terms and Conditions:
Registrations received is considered a firm offer that the participant will attend and has made a commitment to pay the appropriate registration fee. Forms must be accompanied by appropriate payment that will be outlined for each particular conference. Registrations received without payment details will not be honoured until payment has been received.
The registration categories, fees, and method of payment will be decided by the Organizing Committee/Association and CongressWorld Conferences Inc. for each conference.
The currency of the conference will be in Canadian dollars. Currency exchange charges or bank collection fees are the responsibility of the participant.
When registering for a conference, the participant agrees that neither the Organizing Committee/Association nor CongressWorld Conferences Inc. will be held liable for any loss. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements in respect to health and travel insurance.
When completed registration forms plus payment is received, the participant will receive a written confirmation of their registration by email.
Administration Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a conference that is being hosted by the Organizing Committee/Association and CongressWorld Conferences Inc., we request that all cancellations be received in writing one month prior to the conference start date. Please identify the conference name when submitting your cancellation request.
Refunds of the registrations paid, less an administration fee, will be granted if the cancellation is received one month prior to the conference start date. No refunds will be granted after this date or for
non-attendance at the conference. The administration fee will be determined by each individual conference. The currency of the refund will be in Canadian dollars.
Delegate substitution may be permitted based on the particular conference.
